Store Manager - Miu Miu, Copenhagen
Miu Miu was born in 1993 from the independent and unconventional spirit of Miuccia Prada. Now Miu Miu opens their first store in Denmark. We’re therefore looking for an exceptional Store Manager to head the business in Denmark and to be instrumental in a succesful store opening.
Purpose of the role:
As manager of Miu Miu on Strøget/Illum you will be the owner of the business, a Company Brand Ambassador and a business leader, accountable for overall store performance. To guarantee an extraordinary Client experience, being present on the sales floor, leading and supporting all activities to achieve store targets.
Responsibilities:
- P&L ownership – working with business plans, sales performance, budgets and cost control.
- Foster a Client centric mindset by developing and maintaining solid client relationships, and a private appointment culture.
- Secure Client loyalty and spend through client telling initiatives and events.
- Promote an entrepreneurial team spirit and growth through communication, coaching and organization.
- Enforce company procedures in daily routines, inventory, logistics and reporting.
