As a Training Project Manager your main responsibility will be to drive the implementation of our Training For Competences concept across our production departments in Biotech & Rare Disease (BRD) API DK situated in Gentofte, Hillerød, and Kalundborg. You will begin by analyzing the business needs and challenges, then proceed to design and implement the setup, and finally evaluate its impact. Your primary work location will be in Gentofte. In this position you will:

Design simple, engaging, and efficient training.

Use your training toolbox to help line of business develop effective training content and workflows that enhances human performance.

Identify training needs and apply relevant technology, digital tools, and job aids.

Engage with stakeholders from all parts of the organisation.

Use a data minded approach when assessing the challenges and evaluating the impact.
